A gem in Suffolk County! Their Filipino fare is what we call, "Lutong Bahay," meaning home cooked. Their Kare-Kare is perfect. Their Ampalaya (Bitter Melon) is cooked the right way. The Fresh Lumpia is good. I enjoyed eating here. Highly recommended.

On weekends come before noon or you will be waiting some time for a table. Great market / restaurant serving up the most delectable Filipino food. Sometimes items on their menu get sold out quickly, so order fast - everything is made to order and while your sitting thinking over that menu people are calling in for take out or catering orders and scooping up the supply on the dishes you want to order! Try the lumpia shanghai, the marinated pork BBQ skewers, tapsilog breakfast, pancit canton, and the lechon kawali all sooooo good! You cant leave though after a big meal without having for dessert the halo-halo. After your meal or while you wait for your food be sure to walk around the market and purchase some awesome Asian snacks and or groceries. I really love this place and enjoy coming here with my family.

I really like this Asian market/restaurant. It's right by my house and they have always been in business. Whenever I go in, the service is friendly and hospitable. I've never eaten here, but I have gotten take out a handful of times. The wait time is a little longer than most places, but that's because this food is not fast food. They prep everything the day you order it - as it is always very fresh. Some of my favorites are their breakfast dishes and noodle dishes. Enjoy !

PS. They give you the absolute best meal prep tuppeware/containers when you order the breakfast meals -

This place is amazing! I was just visiting the area, so I couldn't really pick up groceries, but I bought a ridiculous assortment of spice, sauce, and soup packets, plus some really nice wooden chopsticks, all for $20. This includes a huge packet of saffron.

Everyone who worked there was very sweet and helpful, and the owner (I assume) told me about the different packets as she rung me up.

I frequently shop at giant Chinese markets in brooklyn, and with the giant selection (and huge crowds), I never take time to really explore, I just get what I need and get out.

At this store, it was so peaceful and I had a great time looking through their curated selection of Filipino (and other parts of Asia and Hawaii) goods. Hope to eat lunch there sometime, it looked great!

We had noodles, bbq pork skewers, and bistek. Everything was delicious. Good portion and price. The halo-halo is amazing. Great service. We'll definitely come back.
